The hedgehog's habitat is getting smaller as wooden banks disappear, and many people have a sleek, neatly maintained garden that also has a fence. Hedgehogs gather their food in the dark hours and then travel great distances, one to four kilometres per night. Make sure hedgehogs can easily walk from garden to garden by having a hedgehog gate. Hedgehogs do not have to cross roads, and (deadly) accidents are prevented. The hedgehog gate ensures a safe passage.
The hedgehog gate can be fastened with screws (wooden fence) or with cable ties (other fences). Mounting material not included.
